Sentinel/Paladin HolyAura-Concentration?

Holy Aura Skill

4sec duration from activation
10sec cooldown
passive

the node Concentration from Holy Aura skill gives

50% duration
+5 cooldown
passive disable during cooldown

when you get the node your Holy Aura should then have 6sec active duration and 15sec cooldown isnt that right?
but the active duration actually last for like 20sec and same cooldown, how so?

I also tried it, and yes it is definitely a bug.
Maybe a mod or something like that can push that post to the bug forum
