I’m trying to find out whether anyone else has this exact issue after the Season 5 rollover.
My Season 4 character transferred to Legacy, but the entire stash cycle selector is missing. There is no Season 4 remove-only stash and therefore no way to use Merge.
My Circle of Fortune progression is also rank 0, and my Season 4 gold, runes, glyphs and affix shards are unavailable.
I have already:

Restarted the game and Steam multiple times

Checked my original transferred Season 4 character

Confirmed it was online Softcore

Confirmed I never used SAF/SCF during Season 4

Tested Softcore normal / Softcore SAF / Hardcore normal / Hardcore SAF Legacy characters
None of them show the Season 4 selector. Other players can see Season 4 normally in their Legacy stash dropdown.
I have already filed an in-game bug report and contacted Player Support.
I’m specifically looking for anyone who had the cycle selector completely missing and whether EHG had to fix the account/server-side migration.
