The map icon shows that Rust Lands should have a waypoint, but it is not in the level. Going to Verdant Lake through the time portal and beating the boss also doesn’t have the option to return to previous era. You either have to walk back to the start of Verdant Lake and enter the time portal, or warp to Desert Waystation and re-enter Rust Lands.

Yep - I experience the same as Amorio.
I went around the map twice as I thought I missed it but no - its not there.
I have the same problem, I asked a friend to take a screen shot of his waypoint. He jumped there and there was no waypoint on the ground.
Hi, I’m having the same issue, no waypoint to return, I explored all the Rust Lands and it’s not there.
