If I equip Roots of Vithrasil unique boots while in sprigan form I can move even though I should not, it says I can’t move while in sprigan form, If I equip it before I transform then I can’t move when I transform. And I didn’t get my passive point after finishing act 9 like I should .
That’s because the “can’t move” stat is snapshot when transforming, not a bug per se given everything snapshots & that’s just how things work at the moment.
You can only get a max of 15 passive points from quest rewards, if you already had that many then you wouldn’t have got it as a reward from finishing chapter 9 (also not a bug).
