Rogue Shift hold key

I think I have found a bug in the game with the Rogue Shift abillity, when you hold the use key your character can be stuck in the starting animation. it happens quite often but not always. here is also a screenshot of the bug https://imgur.com/nibeNq0

I haven’t experienced this. Is there a way you could make a video of what is happening and what you are doing to get your character stuck this way?

I’m just holding down the key to use the shift abillity to get the bug.
