Reminder to you that you still haven't sent my refund

Not sure why my other thread was closed since nothing was resolved.

I’m still waiting on that refund. I was told the old payment system has changed, so I guess I’m waiting for a check. I say guess because nobody was clear on how I would be refunded. I was just told to be on the lookout for it. And I’ve been looking out for it. Another 2 weeks and nothing. Can’t be that hard to write a check and over night it. Stop fucking with me and give me my money. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.

You took my money and forgot about me for a year. I’ve never experienced anything like this in 43 years of living. Absolutely shameful. Your main office is in Delaware in the U.S. I live in the U.S… Should not be taking this long to refund me.

Our records show that we issued a refund on May 17th at 9:02 AM Central which is why your previous thread was marked as solved. If you would like the refund receipt please submit a support ticket to and we can provide you the PDF as we can not share that information here on the forums.

I don’t want a receipt, I want my money. A receipt doesn’t mean anything was sent. I have a receipt of the original order, but none of the items were sent to me. I’ve been waiting for a year. A receipt means nothing.

I understand your frustration and I do apologize that your experience is not what we strive to provide to our players. I can provide an update here but I would like to iterate that we cannot share specific details on the forums and ask that you submit a support ticket to discuss further.

  • Your digital items have been delivered
  • Your physical items have been shipped
  • We have also issued a full refund back in May in response to your previous post. The receipt verifies this and would be happy to share it with you so you can take it to your payment processor should you have any further questions.

Again, I am truly sorry about the delay in physical item shipping. That is on us.
