Reaper Form Reap Move Got Stuck

While in Reaper Form used the Reap move and got stuck in a part of the wall. The wall part is the slow moving spiked wheel in The Immortal Summit. Can provide image.

Additionally, I could move around within the rectangular base of the wheel.
