Reaper Form interaction, Flavour Text issue

Two issues I found in today’s stream.

  1. If you accidently change the keybind for Reaper Form to another skill and back while you are in Reaper Form, you will stay in Reaper Form but remove the Fortified Life (or however you refer to it) but retain the Reap skill. Check the last half of this clip: link

  2. Sometimes the flavor text of a unique or set item will appear on items that do not have a flavor text. The flavor text changes depending on what item you hovered over last. Not sure how to reproduce this, but it happened on multiple occasions: link

Both are known bugs.
