Rare enemies have x% shock chance mod

I am not sure if the above mono modifiers are working properly. I don’t see much inflicted shock status even on 100%+ shock chance on my 0 dodge warpath VK. I eat a lot of hits from rare mobs but the most shock I have seen is 2 stacks. I am at empowered ending the storm if that helps.

I took a look and it seems to be working on my end. If this happens again, feel free to record and send me a clip. I’ll take a look at it again.

Regarding that mod and how it works. Does it:

  1. Any rare enemy hit have chance to shock?
  2. Only if the original rare enemy’s ability can cause shock, it will increase the shock chance of that ability?

I am assuming how it works to be no.1

Any rare that can hit can shock.

@KissingAiur on further testing, this is my mistake. Sorry.

  1. I thought rare monster to be the blue-named one.
  2. I had assumed the Meruna ogre wave slam which makes me notice the “bug” to be on-hit effect, but that seems to not be the case.
