dont know if this is a known bug. Rahyeh was stuck in the outer circle (on the edge) in the bossfight after he “dashed” and left the purple void on the floor. i was able to fight him but he was just floating there.
I don’t think it’s been reported before. But could you upload your log file if you’ve not restarted your game since this happened?
Not sure if it is the same exact bug, but Rahyeh disappeared for me completely and bricked my quest echo.
