Rage decays if you press T to open a portal

if you take the node that stops rage decay out of combat, it counts pressing T as using an ability but not if you click on the open portal to open a portal at the end of monolith.

Yup, portals are programmed as skills, so when you use the T key it counts as a skill for Rage decay.
