For me, the initial online problems are not so negative and do not justify the negative votes you’ve received on Steam. I understand that for many the ladder is important but hey… your game is awesome and we have a wonderful offline mode to play with. Ladder and friends to play with could wait a couple of days…
For me the game is really a jewel in the ARPG panorama. Great job!

Thanks for the update and for all your hard work to make this game a success. I worked in IT for over 20 years as a programmer, sys admin, and later in my career as a disaster recovery/business continuity specialist.
It’s never a fun time when a rollout doesn’t go off as planned. I’ve been there. You guys got this. Your passion, hard work, and dedication will carry you through this phase. The critics among the player base can sometimes appear to be harsh and insensitive at first glance, but another way to look at it is that they are passionate about what your team has created as well (trolls excepted), and that’s a good thing.

Awesome game, definitely don’t get discouraged by the mass of negative Steam reviews!
Please consider changing your supporter pack scheme to one similar to how PoE handles it n the future, where higher tier packs include the contents of the lower tier ones and also give you more points, obviously while adjusting the prices as necessary. It’s just that, currently, I feel like I’m not getting as much as I would like from the price I paid for the most expensive supporter pack!
Can’t wait to see what the future holds in store! This game has me captivated, the first ARPG since POE to do that. All the best to everyone at EHGames

I’ve been waiting for a long time for this game. I bought it as soon as I heard of it and have been rooting for it to do great. I haven’t changed my opinion of it just because of the server issues, I’ve been frustrated by them ofc but I’ve still been enjoying the game. All that to say - I like this dev and this game and this rough launch week hasn’t changed that.
But if you think there’s a category of people who ‘deserve to be here’ more than others, you’re deluded. If you paid for the product, you deserve to be here. That’s that. And if you paid for it and are disappointed that you’re not able to play it and want to refund it and leave a bad review, that’s a perfectly valid thing to do. Get off your high horse and acknowledge the devs aren’t gods, this launch wasn’t perfect, mistakes were made, and that it’s okay for others to not share your enthusiasm.

I am 69 years old and have been playing rpg’s since i built my 1st computer a 386sx! I have everything from wow to blader’s gate 3 to d4 to poe and Now Last Epoch!

There, fixed it for you. Most of us just enjoyed ourselves offline with zero too no issues. But yeah let’s continue spreading partial truths
