Sentinel Void Knight: add points to Patient Doom – icon passive appears. Remove points from Patient Doom. Icon passive remains. It seems damage does not linger, but the icon does. The icon goes away if the game exits to login/character menu.

Yes, this is a known issue with all of these types of passives (Lethal Cadence, Preparation, etc).
Yes, this is a known issue but it shouldn’t be providing any bonuses. When logging out it should be fixed.
Correct, no bonuses and just a lingering icon.
