Each second, the path only seems to apply 1 stack of ignite to 1 enemy randomly on the path. This makes the node nearly useless, so I can’t imagine it is intentional.
EDIT: Upon further testing, it appears to not actually apply stacks of ignite at all, even though the node says it “ignites enemies each second.” This is evidenced by the fact that as soon as the path expires, the damage stops. This implies that the damage is merely a damage-over-time effect while on the path, instead of applying stacks of ignite.
