This build is beginner friendly, and a variation of other builds I’m sure. It may be the same as someone else’s. I would not know, as I don’t use build guides, so apologies if this is a repeat.

This is meant to be beginner friendly, and for luck-starved looters in game. All gear should be obtainable/craftable for everyone.
The build and gear is exactly what I killed Uber with at level 98, on my 5th attempt ever.
I was also able to complete the 10 Harbinger Weaver Event, but with this build be sure you have time and are focused. It took me about 20 minutes to complete it.
Currently running in the low 500s gear farming, as when you examine the gear, I’m no where near the full potential of this build. I have a lot of upgrades left to do, but for anyone looking for a flexible, yet solid gaming experience in game… Please feel free to use it and add your own touches.
I prioritize and enjoy Sword/Board builds in games, with a focus on Survivability. If this is you, please see below:

Devs said ubby for 0.1% players or something and now random paladin in exalted gear killing him. Seriously
What am I doing wrong on my mage?! Oh, I know, not a paladin. Good job anyway!
I have no idea honestly, as never watched videos or anything on how to do him. I enjoyed the the learning process.
Additionally, I’m not sure how long it takes others to kill him.
It takes me 3-4 minutes each kill, but once i learned which effects to avoid and their telegraphs - it became much easier. Trick that works for me - I narrow my vision to a specific “box” around him - once I started ignoring all the flashing effects, that are not harmful, outside of this “box” - identifying and reacting to the dangerous mechanics became much easier.
The only tricky part once I learned that, was at the end of the 20% blue shield phase where there are multiple special attack overlaps with his jumpback ablitity - resulting in me losing melee range. I spam 3 health pots at this point to overcome and be safe during this part. I do get down to about 500 health - and it’s an ass clenching moment for sure.
4.5k+ health, cleanses (super important) and DoT damage reduction helped a ton. But if you’re not patient with a longer kill process - then I could see how it would be frustrating.
The big ability to avoid (really the only one if you’re playing a pally) is the end phase one that stacks up uncleanseable debuffs.
