Orobyss droped a health potion in the air

So I was fightning Orobyss whilst playing a Bleed DoT build and noticed it droped a health potion suspended in the air during the fight, my guess is that the DoT Damage procced him to drop a potion during his “slam” animation.

I have not been able to repeat this interaction.
