Online Play Unavailable popup message

Got the same issue. First as i tried firstly to create a online cycle character, the game crashed. After restart it, i were able to create a cycle online character. During Loading screen the error popped up. I should check for updates or contact the support, if the issue persist. And it persited, so now im here, and yes, each time i try to login, with my online cycle character the pop up shows itself again!

Getting the same here. So I checked a “popular” streamer and he’s playing. Weird.

EU West unplayable. Did get lucky to play to first map transition. Could not get into town and now stuck at “Enter Game”-Loop.

All the servers are not allowing multiplayer atm apparently.

I’d just give them a little time. Also I’d logout in case they need to push a client update.
The first time I launched, the Character Creation background loaded but the foreground interface never loaded… So I had to logout / close app then reload to get char creation screen.
So, it appears their are some buggy’s to work out still.

Same issue here. Its always been a problem trying to play Last Epoch on first day of a big patch.

Same, EU West. Judging by this topic it seems to affect mostly EU players. Surprise…
