For example, for the image above I just pasted “https://rtalbert.org/content/images/size/w960/2021/09/dsmGaKWMeHXe9QuJtq_ys30PNfTGnMsRuHuo_MUzGCg.jpg” directly on the text and the forum did the rest on its own.

I find it silly that we’ve had internet for years now, with dozens of ways and tools for image sharing, and somehow we still get internet users who have no clue how to share a screenshot of something.

Next, I find it VERY silly that this game has two “Offline modes”, and the “Offline mode” that’s actually available from within the game itself requires AN INTERNET CONNECTION to be used.

Can’t really blame the average users, when even some professional forum designers still don’t know how to add an image-uploading tool to their forums. After all the years we’ve had internet forums for!

But I agree on the second point, it is quite weird.

Just as an update on this. LE has to be launched from the steam client to open in offline mode. Launching from the desktop icon has a different result.

Turns out, that’s the key, from some reason.

Maybe the issue isn’t the lack of knowledge but rather not wanting to create storage space for millions of images, especially when there already exist dozens of sites that do that for free.
