No reward after buy a ardent gladiator supporter pack

Hello, i bought my supporter pack on your site,but when i finish to install in game i can’t find my reward in the store.I linked my account of this version on steam before installing but i purchase the game (ardent gladiator supporter pack) on your site.
You can give me the reward of this pack? im wating your response. thank you very much!

yes i opened the cosmetics inventory,but the pet is disable
