Necromancer's Sacrifice chain not working correctly

As of 0.8.1c, roughly 50% of the time when I use Necromancer’s Sacrifice with the Catalyst of Horror node allocated 2/3, my Sacrifice does not chain to all my other minions (primarily skeletons), usually leaving behind 1 out of 3, sometimes 2 out of 3 skeletons, despite them being quite close to each other (as they are almost always freshly summoned with the node Empty the Grave maxed out). This leads to Sacrifice feeling extremely clunky to use.

This bug can be replicated most easily when I summon skeletons from near the edge of my game window (1920x1080 reso), and cast Sacrifice while they are running towards me.
