I bought a Kick Starter pack back in 2018 and I use to have 2 different cosmetic pets but my new rogue does not have any pets unlocked. I checked and my only other character no longer has access to them either.

I’ve been a Supporter since 2018 as well. My Pets are all marke not owned. I remember around May 2019 this happened too. Can someone please take a look. Screenshots upon request. 
Beta 0.8b is out now which fixes this issue for the majority of users. If you still encounter this issue after the update, please contact support. Thanks!
I patched through steam and I still do not have my cosmetic pets 
Also the contact support link does not work.
They had to reroll back to 0.8 the Patch was causing issues. You have to wait a bit more
