Hello i think river of bones is bugged or got wrong description. At lv 5 you get increased minion critical chance 100 % but when you push c you will see you only got (in my case) Minion critical strike chance 11%??
I cannot reproduce this. I tested having 0% critical chance and put 5 points into River of Bones which produced a 10% increase.
If you took any more multipliers on gear or in the passive tree this could be why it sounds as a 1% more gain.
