Ran “Fall of the Outcasts” a second time to get the lvl66 followon. Was offered the chance to replace my existing “Memory of the Living” but did not take it. Moused over the tooltip and hit “alt” to see if it would show me the range of my increased glyph drop rate. Tooltip persisted after getting the reward.
Went away after going back to the character selection screen.
