I was just doing a mono echo run and I somehow managed to end up on lava, see the following screenshot https://imgur.com/a/6qule9U
I can’t remember precisely how it happened, but I think it was an interaction with lethal mirage and/or shift. Note that when this happened I was invulnerable and also physically lower than enemies, the only way to get back onto proper land was to cast lethal mirage when under some mobs
