Whenever I bring my sentinel out of mana in any way, hammer throw is also disabled despite having the “mana starved forging” node that makes hammer throw cost-free when out of mana.
Furthermore, hammer throw’s mana cost is 0 when ABOVE 0 mana. And 297 mana when out of mana.

No other nodes, with hammer throw at lvl 7. I also currently have 86 max mana. I have consumed my mana with Javelin and Warpath for testing.
