Mage - Spellblade: Rhythm of Fire Does Nothing

Rhythm of Fire does nothing. How to reproduce:

  1. Make a Spellblade
  2. Spec into Rhythm of Fire
  3. Cast Flamereave multiple times
  4. Witness no increases range/damage/etc. occur

The LE #mage Discord has confirmed that it is happening for all of them, so this is not an isolated incident.

It would also be helpful to have a stacks counter in the UI. The lack of it is likely related to the non-functionality though.
