Loot Filter Settings Menu Glitched Out

I was trying to edit my loot filter in an earlier session when it just completely glitched out and the loot filter settings menu became unresponsive. I could at least exit out though and I think it was still functioning correctly. I decided to exit the game completely and come back later to see if that resolved it.

It did not. On my 2nd session, the issue was still present. I could no longer select anything from the loot filter list dropdown box either (where you select which loot filter you want to use). And whenever I tried to exit the settings menu, more “empty” loot filter rule lines would appear. This happened if I tried to press “ESC” or click the “X” button in the upper right-hand corner. The menu would not close no matter what I tried. I ended up just ALT+F4’ing to exit the game.

Edit: Just to add, I was modifying filters related to Idols when it started glitching out.

If deleting the lootfilter that is causing this is an option, I would try that and see if it resolves this issue. I have experienced this myself and brought it up to the team. We are not sure what was causing it, could be a corrupted filter file. Starting from a new filter file seems to resolve this problem.

Replacing the loot filter did resolve the issue. Wish I’d have known this was a thing, I would’ve made a backup beforehand. Oh well. Hopefully they’re able to figure out the cause eventually.
