Saw a related thread from months back. The support site is currently down, but I assume it’s a one-on-one with a support rep to get a 2nd account setup with the game, though the giftee would want to name the account I’m sure. Sorry I’m asking something you already have a support site post regarding.

That link is leading me to a ‘This site can’t be reached’, as did all support site attempts. I assumed it was down (https://support.lastepoch.com/hc/en-us)… But realizing you probably aren’t linking me to a down site… just tried on my phone and… able to get in. Guess something’s screwy with my browsers. I’ll put it on your radar in case others have complained about similar things.
