Logged out lost all my progress

I finished The Monolith ''Ending the storm ‘’ and teleported there wanted to make a break i logged out and went to char screen and noticed my char is not 70 anymore but 64 i lost all items and My idol placefor which i finished the quests i unlocked in the last few hours

My offline character vanished after crash

I was playing my offline character “judgement paladin” got to lvl 75 my pc suddenly crashes an restarts, at the moment i was like “whatever, it happens” then i immediatly log in again to farm, select “play offline” and my character was not there man, 2 weeks of progress lost. very frustrated at the moment. any suggestion? dont think i will play again till launch. too much of a risk to play right now. can the devs roll back my acount or restore that char? just hoping for something, th…
