when using the static skill, one of its passives gives you a spark that hits enemies every second, and this spark can be upgraded to lightning blast.
the actual behavior is that static skill isn’t using my lightning blast and just using a level one lightning blast.
and the reason I know it doesn’t, the lighting blast skill that procs from my static skill doesn’t chain, when my lightning blast chains few times.

I respeced the static skill because it didnt work.

Same here, i was kind of wondering if this only applied situational (bug) or if it maybe was intended.
But since the “Unlimited Power” Node from Static’s Tree mentioned the Mana costs of lightning blast i’m glad I came here to check. It neither jumps to myself (Closed Circuit Node, i can track the buffs it applies), nor more than twice in general. And after testing around for a bit, it doesn’t grant me the lightning aegis from the lightning blast node “lightning atunement” either.
