I’d venture to say don’t do your own Server updates on Tuesdays between 6 and 9 PM EST since that’s the scheduled Steam update every week…

there is a message now, on the login screen.
They know and they are investigating.
Just cleared steam cache - loaded into character screen with EHG message up top saying we’re aware of the issue lol, if steam was updating/having issues that wouldn’t be there. Sigh Im done for the day

there won’t be any reports because every tuesday between 3 and 6 pm PST and is widely known. It’s routine maintenance that doesn’t require a report.

I mean… steam seems to be launching the game just fine… . can hear game sounds but can’t actually play the game. Seems like a server side/coding issue…

People keep citing steam. How are streamers in and playing right now online then? Others are in as well.

Steam is causing people to be able to hear the game but not play it? Sounds kinda sketchy tbh…
GGG learned the hard way about allowing streamers to have their own server access to a game. EHG should as well.
My buddy is able to get in as well.

People that were already in before they pushed the hotfix are able to play as long as they don’t log out.

Translates to: someone might get in and others won’t - it will get fixed

My friend wasn’t playing before the hotfix. He just got home at 5:30cst and logged in and it is working fine for him.
