My friend wasn’t playing before the hotfix. He just got home at 5:30cst and logged in and it is working fine for him.

There looks to be some additional issues regarding server instability and loading scenes. We are investigating the issue.

Can you elaborate on how steam is down when everything else besides Last Epoch works?
Steam isn’t down, but their maintenance is causing issues with LEs maintenance.
