thank god, im not crazy. happened twice to me and i thought i did a mistake
The Lizards feel kinda unrewarding. They should be even rarer but when they spawn have exciting loot.
Thanks for the fixes! Enjoying this cycle with all the new additions a lot, great work!
Great fixes, but sadly there are 2 major issues that came with this patch. Both are UI issues.
-
Artifacts are left in the inventory.
This is by far the more annoying bug from the two. After clicking “transfere materials” some boxes in the inventory remain white. Some are leftover images from old items. They don’t go away and it looks absolutely aweful and confusing. -
Stash UI is spaced far apart and tiny.
The tabs and categories have huge spaces between them. The text is tiny. The configure tab menu is normal though.
Edit: Oh and I’m another one sad to see less of those adorable little fellows. They are fun and awesome.
Thanks for working hard on the game! This has been a really fun seasonal start making the game exciting for me to play thru campaign and get things to mess with having extra crafts and early exalts can really spice up things!
I really hope that the less grindy part of the xp for factions stays permanent I really can’t imagine most of the player base being like well i got my character 100% perfect no reason to play more let alone I would love to get my character min/max and try others but atm it feels like a whole season to dedicate to one character if u want to farm your own items instead of using merchant guild…I just enjoy finding and crafting my own gear but to each their own!
We just released a new hotfix 1.1.7.3 which reverts the change which was causing these graphical artifacts. We will be continuing to investigate stash optimization to get a new fix out ASAP.
Thanks, you guys are speed today
Why lessen the most fun part of the cycle and make less lizard spawn? I dont understand the justification for this in the post above.
Please add 2 missing affixes: Elemental resistance and Damage over time to merchant’s guild idol search
I very very rarely post but I have to say, honestly, that the nerf to the loot lizards was WAY too hard and playing for 30 minutes and not seeing one is just so depressing after enjoying it so much for the first 5 days. I almost feel depressed playing the game now, like nothing changed except a character reset now. Leave some fun in the game for the casuals, not just the power gamers.
-edit_ I realize this was a bit dramatic but let me put it in a more concise way. If this is for the cyclone only I don’t see why it should be nerfed. The only thing that needed a nerf was the blue lizards and the crazy amount of idols that were dropping. If this is coming to core which I have to assume it will, then nerf it to be more of a “core” feature. Which tends to mean a bit watered down to make it uncommon instead of frequent.
awww nooooo not the lizard… NOOO!!
A feedback on steam deck, I know it’s still not the final verified version, but some update in that direction should have been made as said the patch note, but I still see a lot of lag even in the campaign after few time playing, the setting are at the lowest possibile options
Have you fixed the issue with warpath echoes not doing damage?
Regarding the lizards, ye are doing everything right, from my point of view too, there are too many of them, especially at the beginning of the game. It seems to me that their quantity and quality, including things, should grow in accordance with the level. The main thing is not to overdo it and not to cut quantity too much.
P.s. And thank ye very much that we can’t killing lizards; The thought of killing these cute creatures is unpleasant for me.
There was one on every corner and didnt drop anything of value, just clattered the screen with shards…
I thought it seemed like a boring cycle before and then seeing that you already nerfed the loot bonus via lizard nerfs is extra dissuading…
How much longer can you mock and ignore? It’s been 4 days, you’re fixing lizards that don’t matter, and one of Void Knight’s main skills (Warpath Echoes) just doesn’t work. They don’t do damage!
How are they mocking? Just curious.
It’s very simple - they wrote that they fixed Warpath. Remember? Isn’t this a deception and mockery of those who started playing for Void Knight, spent time to check it out and enjoy the game, and in the end it just doesn’t work! And instead of fixing it, they fix lizards!
Where did they write that they fixed warpath? All I know is that they changed warpath. Likely, these changes introduced a bug with echoes. That’s not mockery, but most likely the result of some test scenario a dev didn’t think of. Business as usual in software development - at least in a low-risk environment like game development. It’s a bit different in something like train control, where lives are at risk and you invest much more heavily into QA.
Have you considered that EHG by now has multiple teams working on multiple tasks/fixes separately? Let’s call them Team Lizard and Team Warpath.
Team Lizard adjusted a few values, easy.
Team Warpath is probably still investigating the issue and working on a fix.
Relocating members from Team Lizard to Team Warpath might have no use, as they aren’t familiar with this topic.
