Are these pre-order cosmetics available the same way as the cosmetics in the old supporter packs, meaning they can only be accessed and used in the game’s online mode since v0.9.x? If so, I’d appreciate if you actually mention that circumstance in the pre-order packs’ descriptions this time around.

Actually a very good point.
I believe all cosmetics are still online only at the moment, and I agree it should be clearly stated before purchase.
