More people are complaining, so it’s not just your computer. That being said, it’s not universal either.
Submit a bug report with the in-game tool when that happens so the devs can have the game data to debug the issue.

Im having this same issue
Something that might be useful to pinpoint the issue would be to launch the game as true offline (not the regular offline option you get) and see if it also happens.

ok, put it in full offline mode. Still does it.
Ok, at least that should tell us that it’s something from the game interacting with your computer that’s doing it, and not some issues of your connection.
All that’s left to do is submit a bug report (which I think you did) and wait for a fix.
Since there are several people complaining, it should be a relatively general issue, not an obscure one, so I would hope they would fix it soon.
Maybe try lowering resolution?
Fiddling with the settings might make it playable, at least.
i tried lowering the resolution and lowered the graphic settings to low and it’s still happening. Guess I’m not playing today. 
That sucks :(. Maybe try asking about it in the discord, see if the devs are aware of it and doing something about it?
Sucks indeed. Not sure why some people are unaffected.
No idea. My computer isn’t really a potato, but it’s 5-6 years old by now and it runs fine in high settings.
Hardware issues are iffy to pinpoint. Sometimes high end computers will run worse than older ones. Sometimes some driver version can cause issues.
That’s why it’s so important to send the bug reports, since those also send game data and allow the devs to make fixes which would otherwise be impossible to debug.
Lol…went to discord. they say use in game bug reporting! How can i do that when it wont even let me in the game past the login screen. Catch 22 i guess.
Can’t you submit it from the login screen? Hit F8 to see if it brings up the bug report window.
so the window popped up and the whole process was rubber banding. it would type then freeze then a few seconds later it would catch up showing what i typed.
eventually got it to submit.

Bug still not fixed. The patch from yesterday, did not fix this issue. I was hoping there would be a patch today to fix this issue, but still nothing yet.
