Same here. Frustrating to miss our on a passive point.
Today’s patch still did not fix this issue. Hopefully, they get around to fixing it soon.
Same issue here, joined a friend in act 2, now can’t complete this no matter what I try.
Return to kill the boss Orian and speak to Balthas and you finally could speak to leena.
I tried this previously and it didn’t work. I will try again and post an update.
I tried killing Orian again and talking to Balthas then returning to town. Still no Leena.
How do you face Orian again? I can’t go through the burning flames.
I got stuck on the Leena quest as well. I teleported back to “The Summit” and beat Orian again, freed Balthos again and went back to the Keepers Camp and was finally able to complete the quest.
didn’t work for me 
I had joined someone in act 2, so got the “speak to leena” quest, but never did the summit area (and nothing was pointing me there) - I went and completed the boss and talked to balthas who said lets go back to camp - but no leena still.
I’ve been sitting on this for days. Can’t get it to go away or complete the quest. Anytime I report the bug, they hide it.;
Also this didn’t work for me. I’m playing offline.
Any of you been able to resolve it yet? The suggestion from Tekor didn’t work for me. =(
Hey I just fixed mine. Make sure you talk to Balthas in the cage after you beat the boss and finish through his dialogue and when he says he will return to camp it should be fixed. It took a few days to figure out so I replayed the whole quest line. (Had to beat boss again?
Unfortunately, this fix doesn’t work for me. =(

Mod have a solution for us yet? I’ve re-ran the act trying to find a way several times. Leena will not spawn no luck…
I’m guessing they have a team working some stuff out. Hopefully they will drop a patch this week to address it.
The fix for this - Teleport to summit, Kill boss, talk to gramps, go back and enjoy the rest of the game
