Journey to Maj’elka Talking to Saazhar does not advance quest. Can just talk to them over and over. I have logged out and retried a few times. Exhaust all dialogue and quest will not advance and since it opens the next area, cannot force push the quest line doing another task either.
I have the same issue as well. Tried logging out and coming back still nothing.
Had this issue too. You can enter Crossroads and go completely north, defeat the osprix’ there and the quest will advance.

We’re aware of the issue and are looking into it. As Sorox says, that is a valid workaround for now.
