Here is a short video in one of my echo runs earlier today where the items dropped outside of the map area. I am rather new to Last Epoch and not sure if there is a item re-location button of any sort, but thought I would post this short video of unreachable items.

I can confirm this exact location as a problem for drops going out of bounds.
