I noticed, my skill being umbral blades, when i have an item that increases my skill level and i then gain a new level in the skill the point is not added. However removing and requipping does give the bonus point back.
Same for me. There is something strange with skills with level bonuses from items
Yep same here, trying to use the +skills resets it for me too
