Item dropped in unreachable place in The Courtyard

Unable to reach the two items shown. Clicking on the tooltips brings my character to the edge of the map, but not able to reach the items.

Hey… Welcome to the forums…

The issue about items in unreachable places is a known problem… Quite a few places in the latest game map updates that have this issue…

If you find more, post them so that devs can check - if they havent already.

Were these items dropped by destroying the crate at that location?

Same happened to me. Sadly was a set piece.
In my case there was a monster there.

Just had some stuff drop here after killing monsters.

There was also a unique helm that I was luckily able to pick up after some amount of spamming. Can’t seem to reach the shards from any angle though.
