I want to try out some of those low-life / high ward builds I’ve seen but after ~ 300 hours I have yet to see the Sanguinary (SP?) chest piece drop. I have multiples of just about every lowish level unique but not that.
Does it still drop?

Nah it’s not it’s just pretty darn rare like a ~1/100 uniques drop.
Dang. I hope I design a unique that would be as desirable as ziggy’s creation.
Man I had no idea, I found 2 yesterday after finishing the campaign. I think I am only lvl 61 or something

Yeah. RNG and the fact I’m spending most of my time leveling just to get a feel for different builds using all classes and different skills.
I do have a few mid 60s characters and have done a few echoes but still no luck.
I have two of those chests too but no Death Rattle amulet I need. And gambling is so expensive for amulets I 'm spending all my gold on it and still nothing
