Loadscreen is infinite, but the game is loaded in. I can press escape and get the menu, and I can hear my abilities fire off, but I can’t see the actual game

Messing around with graphics didn’t help fix it
I have a similar issue (Game freezes on loading echo - #7 by tnarrant) affecting story mono echoes.
The echo load screen goes indefinitely and never finishes, but I can hear character casting if I hit skill keys, and I can hit Esc and get the menu and use the menu to Leave/Exit.
As indicated in the thread I linked above, I have already tried Verify Files in Steam and reacquired 2 files, but it did not fix the issue.
