No matter how I tweak settings I get no rendered shadows.
What can I post to help you find this issue?

This particular zone does not seem to have shadows. I’ll have to ask to see if this is intentional or not.
Just to check, can you go to Welryn Outskirts in the Imperial Era and see if you have shadows there?
