Always noisy saturated sounds occurs on my druid using upheaval and after it stay persistent. The recent patches did not solve the issue for me. I share my recent stream to show the bug occuring but I broadcast music to hide this ugly noise. Twitch
I think it could comes from tremblor . Thx for your work.
Known issue that will hopefully be fixed in the next hotfix.
