The lesser nodes of skill trees are now round, but nobody informed the search highlight

What skill tree is this in?
This should be a screenshot of the Rive skill tree. However, I observe this behavior in all skill trees - I just checked several Sentinel and Rogue skill trees to confirm.
Is this maybe an issue just on my end?
