So i was doing heorot fight when i shifted on the edge of the arena and it shifted me into ice block textures. I was blocked, couldnt get out and heorot was standing next to me, not doing anything while i was still able to damage him, hence i finished the encounter. Afterwards ive tried to get out for few minutes but couldnt find way so i couldnt pick up loot (but i got quest finished and got blessing + could create portal and portal out). If needed i can provide screenshot of exact position. I am bladedancer using synch strike and shift combo.
A screenshot of the area would be very helpful in identifying the issue.
