The apostrophe in Halvar’s Stand is not the valid ASCII apostrophe character, you can notice a visual difference between it and Halvar’s Pledge for instance. This also breaks searching your stash using “Halvar’s” when searching for the boots (it works for Halvar’s Pledge).
