When I got to the 4th Chapter, I got the Study in Time quest as usual, however when I entered the College, the door that is normally there to block progress further into the college was no longer there and I was allowed through to the other side to kill mobs. Quest progress was not skipped (I still need to go forward to the ruined era and get the Officer’s Crest).
