Come on EHG. At least post someone at the front of the game that tells us the servers are restarting.

I clicked login about ~20x and it just finally let me in. GL everyone
I wasn’t playing, I just got home from work and tried to log on. Did I miss an out of game announcement that they would be down for awhile?
There was an in-game message saying there would be server restart at 5:20 PM CST. But now people are unable to move past the loading screen on starting the game; myself included.
Now there’s a banner on game opening that says they’re aware of an issue
Same here. I even tried to create a new character and it gets stuck when trying to login. No logging in for any chars.

when i try to login on forum i receive a error 500 too xD

Login screen says they are aware of the issue and investigating. Big red banner at the top of the screen.
Steam does their maintanence every Tuesday evening, thats why we can’t log in. EHG posted this in their discord 30 minutes ago.
Didn’t they have problems like this before? People that have their characters in the Echoes are able to login, but people that are doing the campaign cannot? I got my level 94 to log into the Haven of Silk… Just cannot get into Council Chambers…

This is why they need their own launcher and not rely on Steam’s constant interference with games.

Not sure if this helps, but I had the same issue. I changed my DNS to Google’s public DNS and it fixed it for me. Maybe it’ll work for you guys too.
I’m in but can’t party up? Anybody running into same?
