My default critical strike chance is 6% without the amulet equipped. If I haven’t crit recently, my crit chance goes to 134%. After I crit once, the value returns to the expected value of 3%.
I don’t think the item is bugged.
It’s not increasing your existing critical strike chance - it’s just adding a flat 100% to it.
Yeah, that’s what it’s supposed to do & the maths works out if the OP has ~27% increased crit chance.
